Policy regarding processing personal data
- General provisions
The present policy regarding processing personal data is formulated in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law 152-FZ from 27.07.2006 ‘On personal data’ and defines the procedure of dealing with personal data and measures to protect such data undertaken by IE Y.M. Nozdran (hereinafter – the Operator).
- The Operator acknowledges as his main aim and condition for realization of the activity following the law on personal rights and freedoms including the rights on personal and familial privacy.
1.2. The present policy regarding personal data (hereinafter – the Policy) is applied to all information gathered by the Operator about the visitors of the website https://celtadelta.ru.
- Main terms used in the Policy
2.1. Automatized processing of personal data – personal data processing with the help of computing technology;
2.2. Blocking of personal data – temporary cancellation of processing personal data (expect for the cases when processing is necessary for specification of personal data);

2.4. Informational system of personal data – personal data in databases and technical means that enable their processing;
2.5. Anonymization of personal data – actions that disable the possibility of identifying without additional information the particular User or other subject of personal data.

Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) made with the use of means of automatization or without such means directed at personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, preserving, keeping, specifying (renewing and updating), extraction, using, transferring (spreading, proving access), depersonifying, blocking, deleting and desctrucing personal data;
2.7. Operator – a state body, a municipal body, legal entity or a private individual themselves or with other bodies that organize and (or) carry out processing of personal data and defining the aims of processing of personal data, content of such data, and actions directed at such data.
2.8. Personal data – any information that is related directly or indirectly to a certain or defined User of the website https://celtadelta.ru;
2.9. User – any visitor of the website https://celtadelta.ru;
2.10. Provision of personal data – actions directed at revelation of personal data to a certain person or several people;
2.11. Spreading of personal data – any actions directed at revelation of personal data to an indefinite group of people (transfer of personal data) or at acquaintance with personal data to an indefinite group of people, including publishing personal data in the media, publishing in informational-telecommunication networks or provision of access to personal data by any other means;
2.12. Cross-border transfer of personal data – transfer of personal data to the territory of the foreign country, foreign legal entity or a private individual;
2.13. Destruction of personal data – any actions that result in personal data being eliminated without a possibility of further repair of personal data in the informational system and (or) material media.
- Operator is allowed to process the following user data
3.1. Last name, first name, patronymic;
3.2. Email;
3.3. Phone number;
3.4. Photos;
3.5. City of living;
3.6. The website also collects and processes anonymized data about the users (including cookies) with the help of internet statistics services (Yandex.Metrika and Google Analytics and other).
3.7. The abovementioned data later in the text of the Policy are presented by an umbrella term Personal data.
- Purposes of personal data processing
4.1. The purpose of processing User’s personal data is to inform User by sending emails and calls.
4.2. Also, the Operator has the right to send User notifications about new products and services, special offers and various events. - Legal basis for personal data processing

The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of the current legislation in the field of personal data protection.
6.1. The operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude access to personal data from unauthorized persons.
6.2. The User’s personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the implementation of the current legislation.

6.4. The period for processing personal data is unlimited. The user can at any time revoke his consent to the processing of personal data by sending a notification to the Operator via e-mail to the Operator’s email address rostov@languagelink.ru marked “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data”
- Cross-border transfer of personal data
7.1. Before starting the cross-border transfer of personal data, the operator must make sure that the foreign state, to whose territory it is supposed to transfer personal data, provides reliable protection of the rights of subjects of personal data.
7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data on the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements can be carried out only if the subject of personal data consents in writing to the cross-border transfer of his personal data and / or the execution of an agreement to which the subject of personal data is a party.

8.1. The User can receive any clarifications on issues regarding the processing of his personal data by contacting the Operator via e-mail rostov@languagelink.ru.
8.2. The present document will reflect any changes in the personal data processing policy by the Operator. The policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
